Stakelet google authenticator

After sign in , When i tried to enable google authenticator , it just shows the following message.

Is this an error or am i missing something?

How's that problem solved?
You needed to scroll that a bit down and you could see the qr code and 2fa secret.

I was viewing on ios device and qr code was not showing up.checking aft an hour or two it showed up

That's good. May be some ad blocker or pop-up blocker caused that.
